Teaching Duties

  • Professor in the best Academies of Poland and ex-Yugoslavia from 1981 to 1989
  • Professor at the international courses of "S. Cecilia" Academy in Portogruaro from 1984 to 1990
  • Professor at the Novara International Academy of the I.C.O.N.S. (International Center of Musical Resources) in Turin from 1990 to 2002

Marian Mika works currently as professor in the “F. Chopin” Music Academy and honours International Mastery Courses and seminars in Italy and abroad.

Since 1989, he has maintained several master classes in different school of music in Lucca, Padua, Naples, Trento, Villar Perosa, Rocca Grimalda, Ivrea, Sassari, Chioggia, Ceres, Moncalieri, Pinerolo, Monfalcone, San Remo, Cuorgnè and Trieste.

In 2001 he was invited from E.P.T.A. for a seminar on the "Mazurkas and Polonaises of Fryderyk Chopin" in the occasion of the 2nd National Piano Meeting of Slovenia.

During the last years he has regularly held prestigious master classes at the University of Seoul and other Academic Music Institutions of South Korea.

Gressoney - Piano and Chamber Music Advanced Specialization Course

The Cultural Association "K. Szymanowski - Piano Academy" F. Chopin" in cooperation with Gressoney Municipality, organizes the first Piano and Chamber Music Advanced Specialization Course in the splendid setting of the Dolomites, Gressoney - Val d'Aosta.


Art. 1 The student can attend the course by taking part up to 4 lessons

Art. 2 The Registration Form must be received by the Artistic Director within July 5th, 2009 at the following address: Agnieszka M. Mika Street Mezzavia 84 35020 Two Carrie (Padova) - Italy.

Art. 3 The registration and tuition fees are Euro 270 (the fee for the second registered brother is Euro 240) and must be paid to the Artistic Director at the beginning of the course.
